BRAING's automobile recycling business is a one-stop service, carrying out all operations from collecting end-of-life vehicles to disposal procedures, fluorocarbon recovery, airbag processing, dismantling, crushing, and manifest processing.
Through this, we can simultaneously realize thoroughly efficient processing, cost reductions, reduced environmental burden, and reliable, appropriate processing.
We appropriately process end-of-life vehicles in accordance with automobile recycling laws.
We collect and produce reused parts and recycled resources in a consistent system, carefully dismantling vehicles.
Automobiles are collected from individual users, automobile related companies, auction venues, etc., and brought to our recycling plant yard in loading vehicles. We also accept vehicles brought in by customers.
Specialized staff inspect each vehicle individually, confirming the vehicle information and status.
Vehicles are classified into recyclable parts, used parts for overseas, or used parts for the domestic market.
We recover fluorocarbons, which cause ozone depletion if released into the atmosphere, according to regulated procedures. We also safely deploy and process airbags.
Various fluids such as oil and LLC are removed along with the battery, tires, etc.
Here we also separate the waste that can't be reused.
Reusable parts are removed. They are polished and serviced to the greatest extent possible, being stocked until distributed domestically and overseas.
The vehicle is dismantled once all of the reusable parts are removed.
At this point, we sort the materials and recover the raw materials that can be recycled.
When the life cycle of iron, steel, and other metal products around us ends, they become iron and non-ferrous scrap.
This scrap is recovered and delivered to various resource manufacturers as raw materials.
BRAING's automobile recycling business is separated into four business segments.
Our aim is to recover and reuse the materials in end-of-life vehicles, providing them to the world.
By dismantling end-of-life vehicles, renewable resources such as iron, aluminum, and copper that have been separated and recovered are processed to the relevant standards then shipped and sold to various reclamation specialists so that the resources can be recycled.
Even if their use as an automobile is over, vehicles still have a number of parts that can be recovered and used for repairs, etc. These parts are distributed to automobile maintenance companies and individuals nationwide so that they can see as much reuse as possible.
Japanese vehicles are being used all over the world, and there is an extremely high demand for repair parts and rebuilt parts because of this. At BRAING, major automobile parts such as engines are ordered for export and shipped in containers.
Of the thousands of vehicles handled monthly, those that can still be used are carefully selected to undergo thorough maintenance and are then distributed to general users and through car auction markets.
